Correcting a submitted sales report, or resubmitting an application that was sent back

To correct a sales report you sent from the tenant portal, contact the office. An application that was sent back can be fixed and sent again with 「修正して再送信」 (Fix and resubmit). The screens are in Japanese, so the labels below are given in Japanese with an English gloss.

A monthly sales report sent from the tenant portal becomes 「届出受付済」 (Received) the moment it is sent. An application in this status cannot be withdrawn or edited from the tenant portal. If it needs correcting, contact the office.

The tenant does this themselves.

1. Open 「申請一覧」 (Requests) in the tenant portal. Applications that were sent back also appear under 「要対応」 (Action needed) on 「ホーム」 (Home).
2. Choose the application whose status is 「差し戻し」 (Sent back).
3. On the detail screen, read the reason it was sent back, then press 「修正して再送信」 (Fix and resubmit) at the top of the screen.
4. Fix the content on the form and press 「送信」 (Send).
5. When 「再送信しました：（申請名）」 (Resubmitted: application name) appears, you are done.

An application that was handed in at the office counter cannot be fixed from this screen. If it needs fixing, contact the office. The screen shows the same guidance.

The tenant does this themselves.

1. In 「申請一覧」 (Requests) in the tenant portal, choose the application you want to withdraw.
2. Press 「取り下げ」 (Withdraw) at the top of the detail screen.
3. When 「この申請を取り下げますか？」 (Withdraw this application?) appears, press 「取り下げる」 (Withdraw).
4. When 「申請を取り下げました」 (The application was withdrawn) appears, you are done.

The 「取り下げ」 (Withdraw) button appears only on applications that can still be withdrawn, such as those in 「受付待ち」 (Awaiting receipt) or 「差し戻し」 (Sent back). Applications in 「回覧中」 (In circulation) or 「承認待ち」 (Awaiting approval), and completed applications such as 「届出受付済」 (Received), cannot be withdrawn from the tenant portal.
