Files you can attach
These are the files you can attach to applications in the tenant portal (月次売上報告書 monthly sales report, 共用部利用申請 common-area use application, 駐車場利用申請 parking use application, and 作業届 work notification):
- Formats: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOCX (Word), XLSX (Excel)
- Size: up to 10 MB for all attachments together, per application
The attachment on a monthly sales report (the sales breakdown) is optional. The screens are in Japanese, so the messages below are given in Japanese with an English gloss.
Messages when a file cannot be attached
- A file in any other format shows 「対応していないファイル形式です。」 (This file format is not supported.) and is not attached.
- If the total is over 10 MB, 「添付ファイルの合計サイズは10 MB以下にしてください。」 (Please keep the total size of attachments to 10 MB or less.) is shown.
